It is the main component of the fuel system. Shye Shyang manufactures its fuel tanks only with high-standard gasoline-compatible led-free steel sheets (compliant to the environmental regulations). Sheet metal goes through a series of processes including automatic pressing, fusing, painting (rustproof surface treatment), assembling (assembled with fuel pump, float tank and fuel pipe). And various tests and quality assurance verification processes are applied to meet the high standard of customer's requirements.

The fuel filling pipe comes in two specifications to accommodate the sizes of the large (for leaded gasoline and diesel) and small (for unleaded gasoline) fuel nozzles. The pipe can be choiced to be manufactured in two options including materials- general steel and double-sided brass plated steel. Shye Shyang manufactures fuel filling pipes with applying stringent standard pipe forming, fusing and rustproof surface treatment (trivalent chromium) plating to prolong the life of the products.
