Shye Shyang is an active partner of public offices. We open our door to young talents through the R&D substitute military service program. College graduates serves their military terms in the Company and could continue to work immediately after military discharge. This program provides fresh college graduates opportunities to receive professional training and to enhance the R&D capabilities and competitiveness of the company. We welcome college graduates with degree or training in electronic and mechanical engineering, information engineering and management and mold making to join us through the Shye Shyang R&D substitute military service program. 

 

Eligibility?

 

To be eligible for the R&D substitute military service program, a candidate must be a graduate with a master degree from domestic college or foreign colleges recognized by the Ministry of Education and meet the following criteria:
1. Draftees eligible for the compulsory military service
2. Draftees eligible for the substitute military service. Draftees already receivd conscription before launching an application are no longer eligible for the R&D alternative military service program.
