Training System

We believe high-quality human resource is the most valuable asset of Shye Shyang.

We have a well strutured organization system and a system for job promotion, as well as dedicated programs for employee education and training.

 

1.Training for new employees

 

Training new employees is implemented by senior employees or department supervisors, who act as mentors to guide new employees through the pre-work education and training. The main purpose is to familiarize new employees with the workplace and company culture.

 

2.Professional Training

 

A series of professional trainings are applied to upgrade employees' professional skills. In addition to the internal training programs, we also commission external organizations to provide customized training courses. These courses are designed according to the specific needs to achieve the organizational goals and help employees to adapt to the company's culture rapidly, so they can focus on accumulating the hands-on experiences of professional skills.

 

3.Management Skills Training

 

For management skills, different training programs are designed to meet the needs of the different positions and levels, aiming to develop the management skills of supervisors of all departments. A series of customized training courses designed to meet the needs of different work contents have been launched to provide updated knowledge and skills. We also send employees to the cooperative plants in Japan for learning and exchanging the innovative and updated knowledge and skills of production technology and management.

 

4.Generic Education and Training

 

All employees are eligible for the generic education and training programs. Variant courses, such as English language courses, Japanese language courses, career development and self-growth seminars have been launched to inspire staffs' enthusiasm for learning, to improve ability to innovate and to accomplish teamwork.

5.Overseas Study

 

We send employees to coop plants in Japan for training according to work tasks. This program provides employees opportunities not only for learning and exchanging innovative production technology and producing management, but also for developing staffs' international perspective.

 

6.Training of Internal Lecturers

 

This program trains department managers to become internal lecturers. These lecturers are driving forces to our development and advancement. They are all trained to utilize the best skills and qualities of every employee. They are good listeners and communicators who could inspire employees to achieve goals, to pursuit team honor, to extend their creativities and to become active workers.

 

7.Overseas Job Rotation

 

In addition to the education and training programs, Shye Shyang also implements a rotation system which involves exchanging employees between Shye Shyang's worldwides plants and offices. This program aims to enhance employees' professional and management skills and to develop employees' international pespective and also help them to plan their career development.
